NMFS Announces Harvest of Atlantic Bluefish Commercial Quota for Massachusetts

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced that the commercial quota for Atlantic bluefish available to Massachusetts has been fully utilized, and vessels with a Federal fisheries permit for the Atlantic bluefish fishery are prohibited from landing bluefish in Massachusetts for the remainder of 2008, unless additional quota becomes available through a transfer.
