Itasca County Regional Rail Authority Seeks Exemption to Build 9-Mile Rail Line in Minnesota

The Itasca County Regional Rail Authority, a noncarrier, has filed a petition for exemption to construct a 9-mile rail line from Taconite to a new steel mill in Nashwauk, Minnesota, subject to environmental mitigation measures.
