Huron-Manistee National Forests Approves White Pines Wind Farm Project

The US Forest Service has accepted an application from White Pines Wind Farm LLC to install and operate 20-28 wind turbines on 75 acres of NFS land, generating 50-70 MW of wind energy over a 30-year period.
