EPA Publishes Status Report on New Chemicals Received Between August 4, 2008, and August 15, 2008

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a status report on new chemicals, detailing the receipt and status of premanufacture notices and test marketing exemptions submitted between August 4, 2008, and August 15, 2008. The report includes information on pending and expired applications, as well as notices of commencement to manufacture new chemicals.
