PHMSA Extends Comment Period for Gas Pipeline Integrity Management Rule

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule requiring gas distribution pipeline operators to develop and implement integrity management programs, giving interested persons an additional 30 days to comment.
