EPA Approves Alabama's Revised Volatile Organic Compounds and Open Burning Regulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Alabama's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for reducing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and controlling open burning and incineration, as submitted by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) on January 8, 2008.
