Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone in Agat Bay and Outer Apra Harbor, Guam

The US Coast Guard has set up a 300-meter radius circle on the surface and 2750-meter radius circle underwater in Agat Bay and Outer Apra Harbor, Guam, to protect mariners from potential hazards during an underwater detonation operation, and entry is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port.
