Advisory Council on Historic Preservation to Seek Public Input on Proposed Program Comment for Department of Defense Rehabilitation Measures

The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation is seeking public input on a proposed Program Comment for the Department of Defense outlining its plan to comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act during historic property rehabilitation. The Department of Defense will rehabilitate exterior building elements that are character-defining features of historic properties.
