EPA Proposes to Delist Hazardous Waste from BAE Systems Facility

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a proposal to grant BAE Systems, Inc. (BAE) permission to remove a specific type of hazardous waste generated at its Sealy, Texas facility from the list of hazardous wastes, following an evaluation using the Delisting Risk Assessment Software (DRAS) Version 3.0.
