EPA Issues Final Rule to Update Hazardous Waste Exclusion for Structural Metals, Inc.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule to add Structural Metals, Inc. to the exclusion granted to Conversion Systems Inc. (CSI) on June 13, 1995, updating the exclusion to include new treatment facility and steel mill information, as well as updates to the delisting reopener language and notification requirements.
