U.S. Army to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Fort Bliss Growth and Force Structure Realignment

The U.S. Army plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to assess the environmental impacts of its growth and force structure realignment at Fort Bliss in Texas and New Mexico, building on a previous decision made in 2007.
