National Institutes of Health Announces Exclusive Patent License Contemplation for Benztropinamine Analogs

The National Institutes of Health is considering granting an exclusive patent license to Shire LLC for the use of Benztropinamine Analogs as Dopamine Uptake Inhibitors, as described in several international patent applications filed between 2005 and 2007.
