Notice of Proposed New Information Collection for Donor Certification Form

The Office of Conservation, Partnerships & Management Policy is proposing a new public information collection for a Donor Certification Form, seeking public comments in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed collection is mandated by section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Act.
