US Department of Agriculture Delegates Authority to Assistant Secretary for Administration

The US Department of Agriculture has delegated authority to the Assistant Secretary for Administration to oversee cooperative agreements and biobased product procurement programs, rescinding previous authority held by the Chief Economist.
