NOAA Extends Grant Proposal Deadline for Fiscal Year 2009

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has extended the deadline for submitting proposals for the Saltonstall-Kennedy Grant Program to November 3, 2008, to give the public more time to comply with new requirements, including changes to indirect costs and cost sharing.
