EPA Comments on Proposed Action, Request for Clarification on SEDAR Data for Vermilion Snapper

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reviewed the proposed action and has no objections, but requested further clarification on the SEDAR data for the Vermilion Snapper. The EPA has rated the action as Low on the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) scale.
