US Department of Commerce Revokes Countervailing Duty Order on DRAMs from Republic of Korea
The US Department of Commerce has revoked a countervailing duty order on dynamic random access memory semiconductors from South Korea, following a five-year sunset review, due to a lack of response from the domestic interested party.
