CDC to Grant Co-Exclusive License to Mk-IX Technologies for Patent Invention

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is considering granting a co-exclusive worldwide license to practice a patent invention to Mk-IX Technologies, a company based in Huntsville, Alabama, with the intention of limiting the rights to another co-licensee.
