Pacific Fishery Management Council to Hold Public Hearings on Groundfish Fishery Amendment

The Pacific Fishery Management Council will conduct public hearings on its proposed Amendment 20, a trawl rationalization plan for the groundfish fishery, ahead of its November 2-7, 2008 decision in San Diego, California.
