EPA Extends Comment Period for Georgia Implementation Plan Rule

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule regarding Georgia's Prevention of Significant Deterioration and Nonattainment New Source Review permitting rules, which were previously proposed on September 4, 2008.
