EPA Updates National List of Beaches Following Beaches Environmental Assessment and Coastal Health Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has updated the National List of Beaches, a list of discrete coastal recreation waters adjacent to beaches or similar points of access, following the passage of the Beaches Environmental Assessment and Coastal Health (BEACH) Act, which requires periodic updates to the list.
