Capital Costs Incurred To Comply With EPA Sulfur Regulations; Hearing Cancellation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has cancelled a public hearing on proposed rulemaking related to the deduction of qualified capital costs for small business refiners to meet the highway diesel fuel sulfur control requirements, as outlined in the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 179B.
