USCIS Withdraws Notice on Direct Mail Program for Form N-400 Filing

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has withdrawn a notice regarding the Direct Mail Program for filing Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, due to unresolved technical issues, and applicants are advised to continue filing according to the form's instructions.
