AHRQ and OCR Announce Availability of Interim Guidance on Implementing Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will begin implementing the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005, and AHRQ is providing interim guidance on how to become a Patient Safety Organization and protect patient safety information.
