EPA Revises Mobile Source Air Toxics Rule to Allow New Benzene Control Technology

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing a rule revision to expand the options for refineries to generate early benzene credits, allowing them to use benzene alkylation technology in addition to four existing technologies and permitting a broader range of operational changes.
