EPA Raises Environmental Concerns Over Proposed Action Alternatives for Poudre and South Platte Rivers

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed significant environmental objections to the proposed alternatives, citing substantial and unacceptable impacts on the rivers, and concerns that the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) may not adequately assess water quality and wetland impacts.
