OTS Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Recordkeeping and Confirmation Requirements for Securities Transactions

The Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is requesting public feedback on a proposed information collection request related to recordkeeping and confirmation requirements for securities transactions, as part of its ongoing efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
