US Departments of Commerce and Interior Update Regulations for Insular Possessions Watch and Jewelry Duty-Exemptions

The US Departments of Commerce and Interior have amended their regulations to update the formula for calculating the duty refund benefit for producers in US insular possessions, including the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands, by taking into account the combined amount of individual and family health and life insurance per year.
