Navy Amends Certifications and Exemptions Under International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea

The US Navy is updating its rules to inform mariners of a Navy ship, USS GEORGE H. W. BUSH (CVN 77), that cannot fully comply with certain collision prevention regulations due to its unique construction and purpose.
