Idaho to Extend Comment Period for Hazardous Waste Program Revision

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for Idaho's proposed revision to its hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) until November 20, 2008, following a preliminary review that indicates the changes meet all necessary requirements.
