U.S. Certifies India's Compliance with Nuclear Cooperation Act

The U.S. government has certified India's compliance with the United States-India Nuclear Cooperation Approval and Nonproliferation Enhancement Act, a law passed in 2008 that governs nuclear cooperation between the two countries.
