U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Dam and Reservoir Project in Alabama

The Mobile District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement to assess the potential environmental impacts of constructing a dam and reservoir along Murder Creek in Conecuh County, Alabama, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act.
