EPA Clarifies TSCA Status of Carbon Nanotubes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a document outlining the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requirements that may apply to carbon nanotubes (CNTs), which are considered distinct from graphite or other allotropes of carbon listed on the TSCA Inventory.
