National Park Service Publishes Final Environmental Impact Statement and General Management Plan for San Juan Island National Historical Park

The National Park Service has released a final environmental impact statement and general management plan for San Juan Island National Historical Park, updating the park's plan for the first time since 1979, in response to public concerns and planning requirements.
