EPA Exempts Silane from Tolerance Requirement for Pesticide Formulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of silane, a hydrolysis product with silica, when used as an inert ingredient in pesticide chemical formulations, following a petition submitted by Eka Chemicals AB.
