EPA Establishes Significant New Use Rules for 56 Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requiring manufacturers and importers of 56 chemical substances to notify the agency at least 90 days prior to commencing a significant new use, in order to evaluate the potential risks and potentially prohibit or limit the activity.
