DOT Proposes New System of Records Under Privacy Act of 1974

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is proposing to implement a new system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974, which will consolidate human resources and payroll data from its legacy systems into the Department of Interior's Federal Personnel and Payroll System (FPPS). This new system will not duplicate any existing DOT records.
