USDA Corrects Proposed Rule on Genetically Engineered Organisms

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is correcting an error in its proposed rule regarding the importation, interstate movement, and release into the environment of certain genetically engineered organisms, which was published in the Federal Register on October 9, 2008.
