FHWA Reopens Comment Period for Fair Market Value and Design-Build Rulemaking Proposals

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is reopening the comment period for its proposed rulemaking and request for comments on fair market value and design-build amendments, originally set to close on November 7, 2008, but now extended to November 21, 2008, to allow more stakeholders to provide input.
