EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Ventura County Air Pollution Control District

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve changes to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which aims to regulate new or modified sources under the Clean Air Act of 1990.
