EPA Grants Exemption to Arysta LifeScience for Polyoxin D Zinc Salt Pesticide

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Arysta LifeScience North America Corporation from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of polyoxin D zinc salt, a biochemical pesticide used to control fungal diseases in various crops, following a petition submitted under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
