BLM Requests OMB Extension of Approval for Oil and Gas Lease Transfer Information Collection

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking an extension of approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information from individuals who want to transfer interest in oil and gas or geothermal leases through assignment or record title transfer, or subleasing operating rights in these leases, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
