Department of Labor Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Extension of Information Collection Request for Multiemployer Plan Annual Funding Notice

The Department of Labor is soliciting public comments on proposed regulations requiring multiemployer plan administrators to submit annual funding notices to plan participants, beneficiaries, and labor organizations, in accordance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
