US Department of Agriculture Requests Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection: Status of Claims Against Households

The US Department of Agriculture is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection, Form FNS-209, which is used to track claims against households for non-compliance with the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008. The proposed collection is an extension of a currently approved collection and is required by sections 11, 13, and 16 of the Act.
