USDA Revises Beet Greens Standards, Removes Unclassified Category
The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is updating the voluntary United States Standards for Grades of Beet Greens by eliminating the 'Unclassified' category, a change aimed at improving the grading system for the vegetable.
