Pipeline Safety: Standards for Increasing the Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure for Gas Transmission Pipelines

The U.S. government has announced that a final rule regarding gas transmission pipelines will take effect on December 22, 2008, 60 days after its transmission to Congress, as required by the Congressional Review Act.
