U.S. Department of Agriculture Proposes Revision to Lemon Standards

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing changes to the U.S. Standards for Grades of Lemons, including the addition of a new category for seedless lemons and marking requirements for those lemons.
