NOAA and USFWS Publish Final Regulations for Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument Ship Reporting System

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) are releasing final regulations to implement a ship reporting system for the Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument, in line with International Maritime Organization (IMO) requirements that mandate notification of ships passing through the monument without interruption.
