FinCEN Seeks Public Comment on Renewal of Suspicious Activity Report Form

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is seeking public comment on a renewal of a Suspicious Activity Report by the Securities and Futures Industry form, which will be used by the securities and futures industry to report suspicious activity to the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The request for comments is related to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
