Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of Revised Information Collection for Death Benefits under the Civil Service Retirement System

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking public comment on a revised information collection, 'Application for Death Benefits under the Civil Service Retirement System,' which is required to process death benefits for Federal employees and annuitants, and 'Documentation and Elections in Support of Application for Death Benefits When Deceased Was an Employee at the Time of Death,' which is needed for deaths in service.
